Services Provided

Keystone Inspections provides a variety of inspection services, including home inspections, buyer and seller inspections, irrigation system inspections, and pool & spa inspections, in the Greater Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Scheduling and Payment

To schedule an inspection, you may use our online scheduling system or contact us directly. Payments are due upon completion of the inspection. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and electronic transfers.

Reports

After an inspection, you will receive a detailed report, including photographs and clear descriptions of the findings. All reports will be delivered within 24 hours of the inspection.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an inspection, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

Limitation of Liability

Keystone Inspections is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of the inspection reports or services, except for those directly resulting from our negligence or errors.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Keystone Inspections harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of our services or website.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
