I try to answer my phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In order to provide the best service to my clients, I don't use an answering service. So, if you get my voice mail, more than likely I am with a customer or simply not in a position to safely answer my phone. Please leave a message and I will make every attempt to return your call within the hour.

As an added incentive, if you leave a message between 6 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., central time, and I don't call you back within the hour, I will discount your booked inspection $20 for your inconvenience. This is on top of any other discount for which you may be eligible.
